Kathy Themis is our Asset Property Management representative. Kathy has needed to converse with our Old Tenants, New Tenants, Tradesmen, Take Photos etc all the time communicating this progress. Everything I have asked of Kathy she has carried out quickly and willingly. As we are in another State, we are very reliant on Asset Property Management acting on our behalf and Kathy has done this both professionally and competently.
